Blend together the olive oil, garlic seasoning, seasoned salt or sea salt, roasted garlic seasoning - if available - and fresh garlic. Add this to the red potatoes and toss until every potato is well coated. Place on papered sheet ovenproof pan. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C.
