Cinnamon has a positive influence on our blood sugar level. So sprinkle this great good happily onto whatever is applicable, like cappucino, custard cream, apple dishes...

nature health shops or chemists. They can help to regulate your blood
sugar level if you have a sugar addiction or are a sweet tooth or
suffer from hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level). (Most of the
time, persons have a combination of these three).
But this is not all... cinnamon is also and excellent remedy to chase away the ants in your house and kitchen cabinets! They hate this stuff and will go on theĀ move.
