Today, the 5th and last part of a series of articles, about the special effects some foods have on our wellbeing. If your stomach is upset, or if you are very stressed, if you have a nasty cold or feel one coming up, if your sex life could do with a boost; or simply if your energy levels are low. Include the relevant foods in your diet and experience the difference!

  • Yams and squashes

*) Of course, these foods are healthy at all times, but they do not replace a consultation with your GP if you are worried about your lack of energy, or if there is no improvement within reasonable time.
