Part 2 of a new series of articles, about the special effects some foods have on our wellbeing. If your stomach is upset, or if you are very stressed, if you have a nasty cold or feel one coming up, if your sex life could do with a boost; or simply if your energy levels are low. Include the relevant foods in your diet and experience the difference!

Today, a list with foods that will ease stress *)

  • Soaked almonds
  • Asparagus
  • Avocados
  • Berries
  • Brown rice
  • Cabbage
  • Celery
  • Garlic
  • Seeds

*) Of course, these foods are healthy at all times, but they do not replace a consultation with your GP if you are worried about your stress problem or if the symptoms do not disappear.
