If your stomach is upset, or if you are very stressed, if you have a nasty cold or feel one coming up, if your sex life could do with a boost; or simply if your energy levels are low.   • Astragalus
  • Echinacea
  • Ginger
  • Goji berries
  • Lemon
  • Liquorice root
  • Olive leaf
  • Oregon grape
  • Pau d'Acrco tea
  • Reishi and shiitake mushrooms
  • Sprouted broccoli seeds

*) Of course, these foods are healthy at all times, but they do not replace a consultation with your GP if you are worried about your health problem or if there is no improvement within reasonable time.
