Make the best out of life. Why not start NOW?

We're in the third week of January... how are you doing? Still living up to your new year intentions? Hmm. Painful question. Here's some advice: stop creating intentions you will never realize. Just get started now, with healthier living, eating, thinking.

In this and next articles, you will find a lot of help and motivation to throw all your objections and excuses overboard and just go for it!

Today, we'll start with the recipes for some healthy smoothies and juices. They are full of antioxidants and help your body to detox, so let's get all this rubbish and clutter out of your system.
Oh... and they taste heavenly!
No time? OK, there are also ready-made, fresh smoothies for sale at the supermarket's.

We start with some smooth(y) ideas. For an extra boost, you can add some chlorella powder, wild blue green algae or flax seeds; all available at health food shops. These so-called "superfoods" will be dealt with in a separate article.

NOTE: some smoothies are very thick. If you prefer them to be thinner, just dilute them with some water.

ALL RECIPES FOR SMOOTHIES AND JUICES SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT FOR 1-2 PERSONS.

JUICES

To most people, juices are more familiar than smoothies. We all drink our orange juice from time to time. But just start experimenting, once you get the hang of it, you can't stop. All you need is a good juicer. Try different fruits, go beyond the orange, and invent tasty combinations. Just push the fruits through the juicer nozzle, and pour into a tall glass. Jum!

Juices: Caribbean temptation

Get going, and keep going!
