Super Foods: The fruit category

Today, the first series of in total 30 super foods. When eating them regularly and including them in your diet, you will soon feel "brandnew"! Some of these foods will be dealt with more extensively in next issues.

Blackberries

They boost our immune system and contain anti-ageing antioxidants.

Blueberries

They are one of the richest fruits in anti-oxidants; antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and said to be anti-aging.

Goji berries

Very high in anti-oxidants.

Golden Inca berries

Excellent sources of nutrition and full of antioxidants

Lemon

Rich in vitamin C; great for the digestion. Start your day with a cup of warm water and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Mango

Excellent for the mood; superb in smoothies!

Raspberries

Good source of zinc and vitamin C.

Water melon

With their high water content, they are excellent for cleansing the kidneys.
