Garlic

Some people hate it because of the smell, but garlic is known to have a positive effect on high blood pressure , and helps to fight viruses and bad bacteria.

Parsley

This herb is a very powerful nutrient; it contains calcium and betacarotene (vitamin A); and - remarkably - contains more vitamin C than citrus fruits!
