Super Foods - The oils and condiments category

Today the categories "oils" and "condiments" in the series of 30 super foods. Because these categories are just small ones, we combined them into one article.

Miso paste or powder

Miso is a fermented soybean paste. It is high in immune-supporting minerals and energy boosting B vitamins. You can find it in paste or powder form in health food shops. You can use it in soups, dressings, and in many more dishes. In a future issue, we will give you some recipies with miso.

Olive oil

This oil is high in mono-unsaturated fatty acids and helps to reduce the blood cholesterol levels.
