Today, the second series of in total 30 super foods. When eating them regularly and including them in your diet, you will soon feel "brandnew"!

Asparagus

Contain a lot of water, so good for cleansing the kidneys. The asparagine has a strong diuretic effect. They also contain folic acid, potassium and magnesium and on top of that, they are a good source of fibres.

Avocado

Ideal product to protect the heart and rich in vitamin E, great for skin health.

Swiss Chard

Rich in antioxidants.

Watercress

Good source of magnesium and calcium, so excellent for strong bones and hormonal balance. It contains lots of sulphur, which is good for nails and hair, and iron, which is a good remedy against fatigue.
